Melody did a great job on my wedding gown alterations. I was totally impressed. They accomodated me right away. The gown was done on schedule, right when I needed to bring it to Seattle (wedding venue), few weeks before my wedding. The fit was great especially the busy area. The length adjustment was perfect that I don’t trip down when I walk or dance or even run during the send off. She and her husband even took a video of how to button the gown train so I can move around on the reception without dragging it. The video was very helpful for my maid of honor when she has to do it on the wedding day. Apart from that, she did some alterations on my MOH’s gown the last minute, a week before the wedding. Did it on time too right before I flew. They are very accommodating and wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend this shop. 😍🥰❤️

I got my wedding dress altered here and they did such an amazing job! They were extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. I brought my dress in less than 3 months before my wedding, but they were able to fit me in as well as two additional dress try ons. They are extremely flexible with scheduling and did a wonderful job! They made sure my dress fit me like a glove. They even helped me in their shop with walking back and forth in my dress to make sure I would walk properly and confidently on my wedding day! I appreciate everything they did for me and would definitely recommend going to them!

This place was the most amazing I could possibly find. Their work is quality work and they are so fast and accommodating. I came here to get my wedding dress altered and didn’t need any appointment. They saw me same day. I thought I need my dress to be lifted a bit but they told me it fit me perfectly and I just needed to add the bustle. I was surprised that they didn’t just charge me extra and do what I said and that they instead gave me their honest opinion, it showed integrity. For the bustling, I need to come back a second time since the first she was looking for where to cut the hem for my height and once that was done she could take the measurements for the bustling. They are so fast and were faster than the initial timeframes they gave me. The day when I came to pickup my dress they had me fit it and since I came alone they took a video for me to show whoever was going to be helping me with my dress how my bustle worked.
